Programs and partnerships for successful windows, doors and facades

From March 19 to 22, the industry gathered in Nuremberg: trade fair Fensterbau Frontale 2024 offered a comprehensive insight into the ongoing digitalization of the window, door and facade construction industry. One of the highlights of this fair was undoubtedly Orgadata's appearance in hall 7A at booth 526, where the company presented its pioneering and customized solutions.

There was plenty of audience and commotion at Orgadata's booth at Fensterbau Frontale in Nuremberg. There were also a remarkable number of visitors from the Netherlands and Belgium, as Orgadata's Dutch representative Paul Thyssen noted with satisfaction, "I was able to have many interesting technical conversations with window manufacturers from the Netherlands and Belgium. It was informative and a lot of fun."

Logikal software

Orgadata's focus during the trade fair was on the Logikal software, which has been driving the digitization of window, door and façade construction for years. As the market leader, Logikal allows craftsmen to digitally design and optimize all steps from the initial idea to the finished element. A notable feature of Logikal is its independence from manufacturers and the most comprehensive database of profiles, hardware and accessories on the market. With this software, craftsmen around the world can create the best products.

A particular highlight at the show was the launch of the new version Logikal 12, which was developed from scratch and offers a host of new features, including a revised project center, integrated 3D display and an improved operating concept.

SimplyTag

Another focus was Orgadata's new product, the SimplyTag, which allows all relevant production data to be attached directly to a window and accessed via a QR code. In addition to CE labeling, this also significantly simplifies maintenance and repair work.

Orgadata's trade show presentation concluded with demos on Logikal MES, a production control system that controls and digitizes processes in the production halls of window, door and facade construction.

Partners

At the booth, Orgadata's strong partnership with other software companies that can seamlessly integrate their digital solutions with Logikal via interfaces was once again evident. Companies such as CAD-Plan, T.A.Projekt, Soft-Ing.Team and Unilink presented themselves as strong partners at the joint booth. Visitors had the opportunity to see how programs in the areas of CAD, CAM, PPS, BIM, MES and ERP work.

One of the members of this partnership is the Belgian company Unilink, which has been part of the Orgadata family for about a year. Unilink presented its 3D programming platform, which can be used to directly control CNC machines from all manufacturers. Particularly highlighted were the products "Onboard HMI Software" and "Blackbox Module," which provide the machine operator with all necessary information in a clear way and perform safety checks at the highest level.

Overall, the presence of Orgadata and its partners at Fensterbau Frontale 2024 was an impressive testament to the ongoing digitization and innovation in the window, door and façade construction industry. Visitors were able to experience firsthand how these technologies are shaping the future of construction and creating more efficient, higher quality products.
