Constructing windows, doors and facades smarter

Orgadata is presenting the new version 12.4 of Logikal at the BAU 2025 trade fair in Munich. Initial tests and applications show what a great success the developers have achieved with the update: "Logikal 12.4 sets the standard in terms of stability and speed and offers several new features," says Paul Thyssen of Orgadata. He is already looking forward to seeing many visitors at Orgadata's booth in hall C3, booth 135.

Logikal is a digital all-rounder in window, door and facade construction. With the software, complex projects can be implemented easily and competently. Logikal simplifies and automates all processes and scores with an extensive master database. 

Logikal MES

For several years, Logikal has been enriched with an ideal addition that simplifies and makes processes and work in workshops more efficient: Logical MES. This is the name of Orgadata's production control system. The abbreviation MES stands for Manufacturing Execution System and indicates that the software solution controls, digitizes and optimizes production processes in window and facade construction. Logikal MES will be another focus of Orgadata at BAU 2025 in January. "The production control system is a guarantee that window, door and façade manufacturers can produce successfully in the face of current and future challenges," Paul says, characterizing Logikal MES as the "control center for the digitization of the workplace."

CE mark 

With LogiKal MES, there are screens on every machine and at every station in the production hall. The monitor shows exactly what needs to be done at each station. All relevant information is presented digitally at the right time and place. Classic production paper becomes obsolete - the path to paperless production is clear. Because the entire production process is digitally documented, factory production control and CE marking take place at the touch of a button.

SimplyTag

Paul also expects great interest at the Orgadata booth for the presentations surrounding SimplyTag - a completely new solution from Orgadata. With SimplyTag, each element becomes a digital assistant. All information is linked to the elements via QR code and directly accessible via an app - paperless, secure and always up-to-date. This includes important information, from production data and CE certificate to maintenance history. This allows manufacturers, customers and maintenance teams to keep track of everything and orders can be fulfilled faster.

Unilink

At Orgadata's booth, visitors also experience a perfect interplay of different software solutions for the window, door and façade sector. A good example of this is the interaction of Logikal with the Unilink program. This is a powerful 3D programming platform for automating production on CNC machines in the aluminum, PVC and light steel profile industries. It focuses on users' needs. They can create the operations for their CNC machinery directly in the office - for all machine brands. Automatic data transfer to the machines eliminates the need for manual programming on the machine. It is also easy to distribute projects across different machines or departments. At BAU, visitors will experience this as well. BAU 2025 takes place from January 13 to 17 at Trade Fair Center Messe München.
