Thoughtful insulation systems work more efficiently

The energy transition and conservation of resources and materials require thoughtful insulation systems. With the use of airpop^®- insulation, IsoBouw has a leading role in this. Airpop^® after all, has excellent insulating capacity. It consists 98% of air and is indefinitely recyclable. During Gevel 2020, IsoBouw will introduce several new products that will allow customers to distinguish themselves. Products that make a positive contribution to a circular economy.

Refractory insulation

Regular followers of IsoBouw know it by now. IsoBouw always presents several high-profile innovations. This is also the case at the facade fair. Among others, a new refractory facade insulation system will be presented. Applied in constructions meet airpop^®-systems meet the legal requirements regarding fire safety. However, for those who want to go a step further, IsoBouw developed a new fireproof insulation.

Solar renovation panels

To meet the growing use of PV systems, IsoBouw is introducing specially adapted insulating roof panels. Known already were the SlimFix Solar roofing elements for new buildings. New are the SlimFix RenoTwin Solar elements for a waterproof and high-yielding PV roof in renovation projects.

Renewed cavity insulation

IsoBouw has further improved its successful PolyFortPro cavity insulation. With a clever adaptation, thermal bridges are reduced and processing is even easier and faster.

The updated cavity insulation is equipped with a tongue-and-groove edge finish. Thanks to this connection, the insulation boards are automatically fixed together. PolyFortPro can therefore first be stacked against the inner leaf. The installer then has two hands free  For mounting multiple plates back to back. This is super convenient and fast assembly! 

The large tongue/groove edge finish also has the advantage that with PolyFortPro the seams do not have to be taped with alu foil. This also saves considerable time and money.
