New in 2025: 'Fire safety for facade construction' course

VMRG Academy offers top courses in the facade field

What training do you need to join a facade builder or other facade-related company? Of course, there are technical training programs that provide a good foundation. Courses to become a facade specialist, however, are not. That is why the VMRG Academy offers numerous courses that focus specifically on facades. Fire Safety Course

For example, the VMRG Academy is offering an entirely new two-day course for next year, "Fire Safety for Facade Construction. This course was created in cooperation with the Fire Prevention Academy. The subject of fire safety for facades has received a lot of attention in recent years due to recent events and upcoming changes in laws and regulations. This course is for anyone who wants to learn about the fire safety of facade structures. 

Expert interlocutor

During this two-day course, which takes place May 21 and 28, 2025, you will expand and deepen your knowledge of fire safety in facade construction. For example, you will gain insight into fire physics and the progression of fire. Laws, regulations and standards in this area will be discussed. And of course we zoom in on the fire safety of doors, glazing and panels. Various testing methods are covered, as well as the assessment of detailing. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be an expert conversationalist who can join the conversation on specific fire safety testing and assessments. Companies affiliated with the VMRG receive a 15% discount on this course.

To organize the courses, the VMRG has partnered with Aeres Tech. For years, Aeres has offered leading practical vocational education and supportive research in the field of technology, among other things. Aeres Tech has beautiful theory and practice facilities in Ede, where a large part of the VMRG Academy courses will take place in 2025.
