With the acquisition of the Belgian company Colormatics, customers can now also turn to Progé for smart and high-quality exterior finishes in aluminum and plastic. With this acquisition, Progé is even better able to offer a complete carefree service. Progé's entire product range is in line with the company's vision: to make construction projects run smarter and more efficiently by relieving the construction industry of all concerns throughout the entire installation process.

Since 1997, Progé has been more than complete when it comes to wood and wood replacement products for interior finishing. With a range that excels in quality, reliability and durability. All products in the plastic line feature the UV-resistant and scratch-resistant top coat Renolit, a finish with which the company led by board member Edwin Trienen has made a difference for many years. "With these products we not only raise the appearance, the pleasure of use and the lifespan of our products to a higher level, it also provides a considerable chunk of efficiency. We deliver per piece, anywhere in the country and fully customized. In this way, we completely relieve the assembly companies of their worries."

Widening

With the addition of Colordeck from Colormatics, Progé further expands its product range to include aluminum and plastic products for exterior finishing. With the addition of Colormatics, Progé is now even more capable of providing construction and assembly companies with the best possible products. "Thanks to the acquisition, we are both able to broaden our offer both in terms of material and product type, thus completely relieving the customer," says Edwin. "Moreover, by sharing mutual expertise we can make great strides in the field of innovation and product development. An aspect that has traditionally been woven into our philosophy. At Progé, we really enjoy sparring with other companies and coming up with new applications. Even if they do not link directly to our core business." 

Result 

Cooperation between the two companies has already led to great results. For example, Colormatics' aluminum and plastic cladding complements the solid wood Progelit cladding. With Colordeck, Progé has a particularly strong product at its disposal: an extremely strong, low-maintenance and friendly priced product that can be cut and bundled to customer specifications. Moreover, Colordeck is fiberglass-free, which means that no fiberglass particles are released during processing that irritate eyes, lungs and hands. "When it comes to functional, durable and money-saving interior and exterior finishing products, we don't sit still," Edwin concludes. "Regardless of whether the customer wants them executed in wood, aluminum or plastic. We are at home in many markets and can meet just about any demand."
