The software experts also have some more in store for the future. 

Many new features in LogiKal 11.4 are the result of suggestions from customers, who use the program successfully every day. For example, quotations can now be created even better with LogiKal. The metalworker can name the technical terms of the manufacturers of locks and fittings, among others, himself so that everyone understands them. These terms are then incorporated into the text of the quotation, so that customers of window manufacturers also understand quotations perfectly at a glance.

Store fittings for all applications

With the expanded "Save hardware for all applications" function, window manufacturers, door manufacturers and facade builders can further standardize constructions, optimize material management and save a lot of time. A combination of fittings can now be defined across projects as a standard for everyone in the company. All employees can work with the same standards. If one selects the hardware combination in the software and then clicks the "Save for all applications" button, this group is available for all projects. 

Innovative solutions for the production of escape doors

The software also includes new features for the production of escape doors. Today, these are the challenge for more and more companies. After all, they have to take standards and laws into account. Specifications, certificates and identifications must guarantee that all quality features meet standards. Based on the standards for emergency and panic exits, LogiKal provides ingenious tools that ensure compliance with legal requirements. LogiKal also helps in the area of control and monitoring, and this is automatically reflected in the certificates and CE markings.

A look at the (near) future

These and other novelties significantly simplify the work of window manufacturers, door manufacturers and facade builders. LogiKal 11.4 guarantees a total of 22 innovations in the offices and shop floor of the metalworker. Today, the experts at software house Orgadata are working intensively on the new version LogiKal 12. It is already clear that this version will have a new look and feel. The creative minds are working on a software with a layout and usability that will exceed all expectations. 

Everything is made even clearer, thanks in part to new icons in the program, which make it very easy for the user. The new LogiKal bears many similarities to the familiar working environments of the Office packages. With this version, users will be able to open multiple projects. Moreover, steps and complete positions from one project can be taken over into another, simply via Drag-and-Drop.
