The market for window, door, sun protection, façade and access technology is preparing for a very special edition of Polyclose. Not only because this is the 20th edition, but also because the European trade fair exceptionally does not take place in January, but just after the summer vacations: on 31 August, 1 September and 2 September. Visitors can expect numerous innovations, surprising novelties and new practical applications, which will be extensively presented at Flanders Expo Gent. Admission is free with online pre-registration and exclusively for professionals.

At Polyclose 2022, professionals can finally meet each other again, network and close deals with existing and new partners. For the 20th time already, leading European market players will display their latest innovations for three days to some 14,000 professionals - about a quarter of whom will be from the Netherlands. This makes Polyclose the unmissable appointment to keep abreast of developments and innovations, and to make new contacts in the world of window, door, sun protection, façade and access technology.

Contractors, architects and building owners are informed about the latest systems. Innovations and applications are presented as well as various live demonstrations for installers. "You can look online to see how a product or technology works, but face-to-face conversation always wins out.", said fair organizer Guy Martens.

Design meets technology

Once again, there are more than enough reasons to visit Polyclose. Many loyal exhibitors will be present, but also some newcomers will present themselves to the market for the first time. Sustainability and circularity have become indispensable in the construction sector, and this can also be seen at Polyclose.

The trend of ultra-slim profiles with large glass surfaces continues to expand. This means great challenges in terms of assembly, insulation, air and water tightness, and awning.
