With over 56 years of experience, Blankers Specialistic can rightly call itself an expert in consulting and facade maintenance. Services range from a wide range of façade cleaning techniques to working from a multi-year maintenance plan. The company is part of Slimm Facility Services and forms a strategic chain partner for building owners for all facility services. 

Blankers Specialistic is a national organization with extensive experience in consulting, window cleaning, pressure washing and soft blasting. "We always go for optimal results," says manager of specialized cleaning Max van den Berg. "Depending on the type of facade and the nature of the soiling, we choose the most effective method. Preferably this is done sustainably and from our multi-year maintenance planning. We are VCA**-certified, in possession of the OSB quality mark for glass and facade cleaning and our employees have all the necessary SVS diplomas."

Whereas previously Blankers Specialistisch was mainly called in on demand, Van den Berg is noticing more and more of a shift toward periodic facade maintenance. "A positive development, where we use our knowledge and experience to find a solution together with the client. By cleaning periodically, we often do not have to use chemicals and we can keep a building clean in an environmentally friendly way (with steam) for a long period of time. We use our own materials and resources, and are therefore completely self-sufficient."

Since Jan. 1, 2022, the four divisions - Blankers Clean, Blankers Specialist, Slimm Facility Services and Cleaner Works - have come under the umbrella of Slimm Facility Services. "We are convinced that we can offer much more added value to our clients from a broader range of services. We actually direct all facility services through a single point of contact and thus always guarantee the Best Deal!"
