Efficient door leaf profiles for single-sided and double-sided sash infills

With the new sash profiles heroal D 72 PF EM, thanks to their optimized design, work steps and materials can be saved in door production and lead times in the workshop can be reduced by up to 20%. Thus the manufacturing process not only becomes significantly simpler, but also particularly efficient, without compromising the well thought-out system logic of the heroal D 72 door system. The heroal D 72 PF EM sash profiles for single sash infills are based on the logic of the heroal D 72 system and offer particularly fast and efficient door production with equal use of tools. The profile geometry, including a fixed inner stop without glazing bar (PF = Panel Fixed) is matched to a standardized door infill thickness. These and other structural solutions ensure particularly simple and efficient production and installation (EM = Easy Mount). They allow up to 20% faster production times and more efficient processing.

The heroal D 72 PF EM product family is now complemented by sash profiles for double-sided overlapping door infills (bs). These too are based on the logic of the heroal D 72 door system and the same tools are used for their processing. Heroal's reversible fastening technology allows the infills to be easily clicked on both sides. This enables efficient and simple infill assembly (EM = Easy Mount) whereby the door can be further processed immediately. A combo of efficient, simple production and premium design.
