"Single steel, inner box surface wall systems, purlins or other cold rolled profiles as well as sandwich panels in PIR and rock wool for roof and wall applications: we are the one-stop-shop for the entire product package. Whether you are talking about acoustic, thermal, fire, solar, coldstore, sustainability, renovations, coatings or architectural ... the solution is steel."

Architectural creations and more

"Just to start with the latter: with our innovative architectural solutions, it is possible to give each project its own identity and style. Our high-end façade products offer unprecedented design freedom and everything can be perfectly personalized. Think of specific colors, sizes, patterns, concepts and profiling. In fact, any shape can be created using the profiles, provided it can be set. So if you want to highlight the facade a bit more, you choose unique point profiles, for example, or sawtooth profiles." Van Rootselaar says that in addition to architectural creations, Joris Ide is also very strong in insulating with PIR. "In addition, we also see an increasing demand for stone wool panels, because of their fire resistance. We are active on both legs and offer a suitable solution for every question, so that a customer can always come to us." 

Moving with the market

Joris Ide responds perfectly to questions and trends in the market. "Good hands in construction are becoming scarce," says Van Rootselaar and continues: "so the demand for prefabrication is increasing: being able to realize more meters with fewer people. Thanks to our enormous production capacity, spread over sixteen production sites, we can produce ready-made panels at a rapid pace. In addition, we tie the right people to our organization, who know what they are talking about.    

For example, there is a well-trained field service, which acts in the entire construction column: from client to architect, and from contractor, steel builder and assembly company: we are present with the right knowledge and can switch quickly. Because we are close to our customer, we can optimally move with the market."

Wonderful projects

Finally, Van Rootselaar mentions some wonderful projects with Joris Ide products. "At a project in Susteren with a floor area of 17 soccer fields, we are currently supplying the JI Wall 1000VB 120mm in PIR: a micro-rib panel that is concealed mounted, with the Seren Black- and Beige Stone colored panels mounted partly horizontally, partly vertically. Architecturally very beautiful, but also unique because of the enormous speed of construction by using insulated prefab sandwich panels. At project Equatoria, a combination of solid and perforated sine profiles was used in a flamboyant gold finish, creating a beautiful interplay."
