Spaansen Group is a 75-year-old North Holland family business. Currently, the third generation of Spaansen is active. Spaansen is divided into three main divisions; Spaansen Grondstoffen en Logistiek (SGL), Spaansen Bouwsystemen (SBO) and Spaansen Tuin en Bestrating (TBM).

Spaansen Facade Ready

Our concrete shell

Our concrete airframe can be built in a modular way. Cascoes from Spaansen, consisting of precast walls and floors, are calculated, prepared and produced in close consultation with you. They are made of self-compacting concrete and meet all your requirements and specifications. We engineer each home individually, allowing our chain partners maximum freedom in design and execution.

All shells are manufactured under KOMO certification and up to and including structural responsibility category 5. The installation of piping, pouring facilities and frame assembly are integrated into our working method, allowing you to build economically and quickly.
