Full range of solar powered screens

No more breaking and felling

To keep indoor temperatures under control during summer periods, screens have become an integral part of modern homes. They are also increasingly included in renovations. With a complete range of solar-powered screens, Renson offers a future-oriented solution, without major work.

By now, the Fixscreen Solar is already well known as a practical and durable front-mounted screen for vertical windows. With the Fixscreen Minimal Solar, a Solar variant for minimalist windows has also been available for some time. It is no coincidence that Renson is actively expanding this series and marketing it strongly.

Topfix Solar.

"Those who want to better armor their existing homes against overheating are sometimes put off by the extensive breaking and cutting work to install zipper screens," says Renson product manager Isabelle Braet. "Also, the idea of flashy 'screen boxes' is not particularly appealing. Our focus on aesthetics and optimal integration into architecture already met the latter desire. In turn, solar control does away with drilling for an electricity feed-through."

Pioneer in sustainable home comfort

As a strong player in the industry, innovation is paramount at Renson. These include energy-efficient operation, long life and added value for living comfort. These run like a thread through the range. The Solar series fits perfectly within this mission. With its solar cell, this screen helps save energy. An extra on top of the many hours when no energy-consuming air conditioning has to be run to keep the temperature in the house at a comfortable level.

New: Topfix Solar

The new Topfix Solar is the final component of the Solar range. The zenithal sun protection - for horizontal windows such as skylights, verandas or skylights - offers an effective and stylish solution for roof windows, verandas and skylights. Henceforth also with solar control. Especially on roofs, choosing Topfix Solar is an advantage. There is no need to interrupt the roof covering to feed a power cable through. This avoids many risks and the end user enjoys a smooth and dust-free installation.

Solmate.

A really smart steering

The new Renson Solmate control automatically operates screens based on occupants' personal preferences and the most up-to-date cloud data. This is how you add smart control to screens without an additional home automation system or sensors. That means always a nice fresh home, without residents having to worry about it themselves. The Renson Solmate will be available from June this year.
